01 — The 72-Hour Delivery Guarantee

For Landing Page projects, we guarantee a first working version delivered within 72 hours of receiving all required materials from you (logo, copy, brand guidelines, and form of payment). If we miss that window due to our own delay — not yours — we will refund 100% of the deposit, no questions asked.

02 — Quality Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the quality of the first delivery, we will revise the work at no additional cost until it meets the agreed specifications. If after two full revision rounds the work still does not match the original brief, you are entitled to a full refund.

03 — Scope and Conditions

This guarantee applies when all of the following conditions are met:

• 01The project has a signed Statement of Work (SOW) or written agreement defining scope and timeline
• 02The client has provided all required materials by the agreed date
• 03The refund request is submitted within 7 days of the final delivery
• 04The dissatisfaction is directly related to deliverables defined in the original brief

04 — What Is Not Covered

The guarantee does not apply in cases where:

• 01Delays were caused by late delivery of client materials or feedback
• 02The refund request is based on scope changes requested after the original brief
• 03The client has already approved and published the deliverable
• 04Third-party platform outages (Vercel, WhatsApp, etc.) affected delivery

05 — How to Request a Refund

Send an email to design@magenta-ia.studio with the subject line "Refund Request — [Your Project Name]" and a brief description of the issue. We will respond within 2 business days and process any eligible refund within 5 business days via the original payment method.
